ok37 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "ok37," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to ok37.onl and the legal entity operating the online gaming platform accessible at that domain.
• "User," "Player," or "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the ok37 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, casino, promotional, payment, and support services made available through ok37.onl.
• "Wallet" refers to the in-platform balance held in a User's ok37 Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount or deposit must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful, or otherwise ineligible to use ok37 Services under these Terms.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

By accessing ok37.onl, registering an Account, making a deposit, or using any Service offered by ok37, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, the ok37 Privacy Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules in force at the time of your activity.

Acceptance is deemed to occur at the earliest of: (a) clicking "I agree" or equivalent during the registration process; (b) making a deposit; (c) placing a bet or initiating a game on the Platform; or (d) continuing to use the Platform following notification of any update to these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ok37. ok37 recommends that you save or print a copy for your records.

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an ok37 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual, acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not located in, resident of, or a citizen of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended ok37 Account.
• You have not been self-excluded from ok37 or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register to which ok37 has access.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3.2 Registration Process

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC), date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

ok37 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an Account at any time without obligation to provide a reason, subject to returning any verified real-money balance to the registered payment method.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one ok37 Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ok37 employs technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ok37 may close all associated accounts and withhold any bonuses, promotional winnings, or balances derived from bonus funds. Real-money deposits will be returned to the original payment method after deduction of any losses incurred using bonus funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ok37 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your ok37 Account that is not shared with any other service.
• Never disclose your password to any third party, including persons claiming to represent ok37 (ok37 support will never ask for your password).
• Log out of your Account on shared or public devices after each session.
• Notify ok37 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

ok37 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your Account credentials, provided that ok37 has acted in good faith in processing transactions authenticated with your login details.

You represent and warrant that the information provided in your Account profile is accurate and that you will promptly update ok37 in writing if any registered details change, including your mobile number, email address, or the payment methods linked to your Account.

ok37 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• ok37 has reasonable grounds to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred or is occurring.
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requires the action.
• The Account has been inactive for an extended period and no active balance remains.
• The Player requests Account closure voluntarily.
• ok37 decides, for commercial or regulatory reasons, to withdraw its services from a particular jurisdiction.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ok37 will retain any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from bonus activity. Any verified real-money balance not subject to an active investigation will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where an investigation is ongoing, funds may be held until the investigation is complete.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting ok37 customer support via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. All pending bets will be settled before closure is finalized.

All content available on ok37.onl — including but not limited to the ok37 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of ok37 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ok37 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ok37 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any ok37 software.
• Use ok37 branding in any manner that suggests an endorsement or affiliation without authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise systematically extract data from ok37.onl.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ok37 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the ok37 platform, including:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity problems, device failures, or third-party software issues beyond ok37's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain appropriate credential security.
• Losses arising from temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• The outcome of any game, bet, or wager placed on the platform — gambling involves inherent financial risk that is accepted by the Player.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

ok37 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. ok37 provides the following tools to all registered Players, accessible via Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set and reduced with immediate effect. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period of up to 7 days.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them when a session exceeds a defined duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of 1 day, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days. During this period the Account cannot be used to deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from ok37 may request permanent self-exclusion via live chat support. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. ok37 will close the Account, return the verified real-money balance, and ensure the Player is not contacted with promotional material.

ok37 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at ok37.onl/privacy-policy.

By accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of Account operation, KYC and AML compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, fraud prevention, customer support, and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.

ok37 retains personal data for as long as required by applicable legal and regulatory obligations. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to ok37's legal obligations — see the Privacy Policy for the process to exercise these rights.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ok37 holds its international gaming license. The specific governing jurisdiction is noted in ok37's licensing documentation available upon request from support.

14.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between you and ok37 relating to these Terms or any Service, you agree to first attempt resolution through ok37's customer support channels:

2. Step 2: ok37 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a full response within 10 business days.

Disputes relating to game outcomes will be resolved by reference to the transaction logs maintained by ok37's platform servers, which shall be treated as authoritative in the absence of manifest error.

Where a material change is made, ok37 will provide notice to registered Players by one or more of the following methods: a notification displayed on the Platform upon next login, an email to the address registered with the Account, or a notice posted on ok37.onl.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should cease use of the Platform and contact support to request Account closure.
